Weather Update: According to IMD, Jammu Kashmir, Himachal Pradesh, Uttarakhand and Arunachal Pradesh may have snowfall and storms. Odisha, Andhra Pradesh, Tamil Nadu, Puducherry, Kerala and Goa are among the regions predicted to experience hot weather conditions during specific times of the day. The regional meteorological centre in New Delhi has predicted that Tuesday will be cloudy or can rain. In addition, the IMD has issued a heatwave warning for the next five days. As per the IMD, there would be probably thick cloudy conditions in the capital city of Tamil Nadu (Chennai) and Jharkhand ( Ranchi).

IMD forecasts that there will likely be snowfall in upper regions along with few parts of Arunachal Pradesh and Odisha. There is rain in certain areas of Meghalaya and Assam. The few regions of West Bengal, Gujarat, Karnataka, Odisha, Andhra Pradesh, Goa, Tamil Nadu and Kerala are expected to see hot weather. It is highly probable that isolated areas of Mumbai can also experience a heat wave in some parts . Squally conditions are expected to dominate across the Gulf of Oman and the nearby areas of Arabian sea. It is advised that fishermen should avoid these regions.
