Weather Update: Western disturbance ready to lash THESE states, read details to know how it may affect you

Weather Update: The cold conditions have subsided in North Indian states, including the capital Delhi, and temperatures are now rising swiftly. The warm weather will continue to rise in various states over the next few days. However, a Western Disturbance will bring rain and snow to mountainous states for two days, while some northeastern states are facing thunderstorm and lightning warnings.

The Meteorological Department reports that the western Himalayan regions may experience heavy rain and snowfall on February 9th and 10th. During the past 24 hours, light to moderate rainfall was recorded in Arunachal Pradesh, West Bengal, Sikkim, Assam, Meghalaya, Nagaland, and the Andaman and Nicobar Islands. Delhi

IMD predicts the national capital to continue with its pleasant run of weather. The afternoon will be warmer as the day will continue to be sunny. For today, the maximum temperature will be 27 degrees while the minimum will be 13 degrees.

Mumbai

Some clouds are predicted to be overcast over the city and its suburbs. The day will mostly be clear apart from the evenings. For today, the maximum temperature will be 34 degrees and minimum will be 22 degrees.

Chennai

Chennai is likely to be partly overcast today as well. Though, no rains or major change is anticipated over the city. The maximum temperature for today will be 31 degrees while the minimum will be 22 degrees.

Kolkata

Kolkata is predicted to continue with its spree of pleasant days. The temperature will mostly be moderately normal and clouds will not impact today. For today, the maximum temperature will be 31 degrees and minimum temperature will be 17 degrees.
