A shocking video of a temple has surfaced in Bengaluru. In this, a worker can be seen thrashing a woman and then dragging her out of the temple. It is being told that the incident took place on 21 December.
However, the woman lodged a complaint with the police on January 5. The woman said that she was assaulted in the temple and was dragged out of the temple. After this, the police registered an FIR against the accused employee under sections 354, 323, 324, 504, 506 of the IPC.
Claimed to be the wife of Lord Venkateswara
In preliminary investigation, it was found that the woman was claiming that she was the wife of Lord Venkateswara. She wanted to sit next to the idol. But, the priest did not allow him to sit there. When he asked the woman to go out of the temple, the woman spit on the priest.
Locals claim – woman is mentally deranged
After this the temple staff thrashed the woman and dragged her out of the temple. Local people claim that the woman is mentally deranged. However, after the footage surfaced, the police have registered a case against the accused employee.
