One day after the man accused of urinating on the woman on an Air India flight seven weeks ago claimed he did not do so and that his elderly companion urinated on herself, the accuser has refuted the assertion, calling it false and concocted.
Responding to allegations, “peed on herself” – women terms it “completely false and concocted”
She further said “The said allegations are also in complete contradiction and a complete volte-face of the statements and the pleaded case of the accused in his bail application,”
In response to a notice from the sessions court on an application by the Delhi Police asking custody to question him, the accused, Shankar Mishra, made the astounding claim. In response to the police’s plea for custody, the court on Saturday sentenced him to a 14-day judicial hold.

Complaint made with the intention to ensure institutional changes
The complainant claimed that her goal at all times was to see institutional changes accomplished “so that no individual has to go through the horrendous experience that the victim suffered”.
Rather than feeling regret over the “utterly disgusting act committed by him, he has adopted a campaign of spreading misinformation and falsities with the intent of further harassing the victim,” she added
After the claims surfaced more than a month after the incident in late November, Mishra was taken into custody last week. He had been fired by US banking behemoth Wells Fargo and had spent days eluding law enforcement. On November 26, while travelling from New York to New Delhi, he allegedly unzipped his pants and peed on the 72-year-old woman seated in business class. He is accused of being intoxicated at the time.
