Wrestlers protest: The farmers on Sunday arrived at the Jantar Mantar to join the protest of wrestlers demanding the arrest of Wrestling Federation of India chief Brij Bhushan Singh. Meanwhile, one of the protesting wrestlers, Bajrang Punia, has called for a nationwide candle march later today at 7:00 pm.

Rakesh Tikait joins wrestlers at Jantar Mantar
Rakesh Tikait reached the wrestlers’ protest site along with his supporters on Sunday to extend solidarity to the wrestlers in the sexual harassment case against WFI chief Brij Bhushan Singh. He was accompanied by Samyukt Kisan Morcha leaders such as Darshan Pal, and Hanan Mollahamogn others. The farmers’ leaders also announced to burn the effigies of the PM Modi-led government and Brij Bhushan.
Extending support to wrestlers, Chaudhary Surender Solanki, Khap president Palam, said, “The protest will continue till these kids (protesting wrestlers) get justice but how we take it forward, that will be decided by all of us today.”
Farmers organise langar at Jantar Mantar
The Delhi Police has allowed a limited number of protesters to enter Jantar Mantar. Meanwhile, the farmers who have reached the protesting site were seen arranging a langar and serving fellow protestors.
Traffic jam at Delhi NCR
As security was beefed up ahead of the protest at Jantar Mantar, many parts of Delhi NCR saw traffic jam. A group of farmers dying to enter Delhi to join protestors was also stopped at Jantar Mantar by police at the Tikri Border.
‘Will hang myself’: WFI chief on sexual allegations charges
In a fresh video, Brij Bhushan Singh warned that he will hand himself even if a single allegation against him is proven.
