Prime Minister Narendra Modi has praised the upcoming Diwali celebrations in Ayodhya, calling them “historic” due to the spiritual significance of lighting up the temple at Lord Ram’s birthplace. In his Diwali message, he emphasized how this year’s festivities are a unique moment in the history of Ayodhya, linking ancient traditions to modern celebrations.
Security Measures and Preparations in Full Swing
To ensure smooth and secure proceedings, security has been significantly increased around the city. With thousands expected to attend, arrangements are in place to manage crowds, while UP Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath is expected to lead the “special aarti” ceremony on the Saryu River banks.
