SBI Realty Home Loan: Customers have the option to buy a plot of land from SBI Realty to build a residence on. Within three years of the loan’s approval and disbursement, the house’s construction should be finished. The client may also be eligible for a second home loan from SBI Realty to build a house on a plot. With a comfortable 10-year repayment period, the highest loan amount that may be granted to a consumer is Rs. 15 crores.
Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for an SBI Realty Home Loan, you must fulfil the following requirements:
- Minimum age: eighteen
- Maximum age: 70 years old when loan matures
- The house must be finished building within two years of applying for the Realty Loan.
- The loan must be repaid within 15 years.
- You should have a high CIBIL score.
List of documents/documents that are relevant to every candidate
- Employee Identity Card
- finished the loan application
- Three passport-sized photos
- Identification documentation (photocopies of a passport, driver’s licence, voter ID card, or IT PAN card)
- Evidence of residency in the form of photocopies of current utility bills, phone bills, property tax receipts, passports, and voter ID cards
- Verification of business address for those without salaries
- Bank Account/Pass Book Statement for the previous six months
- recognition of signatures from current bankers
- Statement of Personal Assets and Liabilities
Extra paperwork needed for salaried individuals
- Original wage certificate from the employer
- Copy of IT Returns for the previous two fiscal years, fully recognised by IT Dept., or TDS certificate on Form 16.
