Dhirendra Shastri: Pandit Dhirendra Shastri’s statement about caste has come to the forefront once more. Protests against him have begun in Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh’s cultural hub since the statement was made public. A fast vehicle also hit a couple going home from treatment for their child in the city. Both the husband and wife were killed on the spot.

Dhirendra Shastri, the Bageshwar Dham head priest, has recently made offensive remarks regarding the Basor people in Sikar, Rajasthan. In response, the Basor Samaj held a rally in Jabalpur, conveyed their displeasure, and urged that an FIR be filed against him.

The Basor community urged that a complaint be filed

People from the Basor community marched from the city’s Malviya Chowk to the Collectorate. A case has been filed against Pandit Dhirendra Shastri under the ST/SC Act. Representatives of the Basor community stated that a meeting was recently held in Sikar, Rajasthan. During the meeting, a young guy approached Pandit Dhirendra Shastri to question him, claiming to be a Brahmin. Dhirendra Shastri responded, saying that whatever Basor I am, I am also a Brahmin.

Small castes have also made contributions to the country

People from the Basor community believe that Pandit Dhirendra Shastri’s speech is extremely offensive and that he has previously made offensive statements about the Ahirwar community. People from the Basor group also believe that individuals who talk about making India a Hindu nation should recognize that those castes that are considered minor castes make significant contributions to this Hindu nation.
