Dhirendra Shastri: Vanshkar Samaj of Damoh district’s Tendukheda block has petitioned Tendukheda Tehsildar Brajesh Singh to file a charge against Bageshwar Dham Peethadhishwar Pandit Dhirendra Krishna Shastri. According to the memorandum, the narrator Dhirendra Shastri posed questions and replied to a young man in the Sikar area of Rajasthan via social media and newspapers.
Dhirendra Shastri interacted with a person
During this, the young man said, “I am a Brahmin,” to which Pandit Shastri inquired whether we were Basor. The entire Vanshkar community and sub-community is hurt by these statements. As a result, we all demand in writing to the Chief Minister that a case be filed against Pandit. Dhirendra Shastri insulted the Basor community in front of tens of thousands of people, infuriating the community. If Dhirendra apologizes to society collectively, it will be good; otherwise, cases will be filed against him in police stations across India.
Former council was present at the time
The memorandum also stated that section 3, subpart 1, 10 of the Scheduled Tribe Atrocities Act states that if any citizen who is not a Scheduled Caste or Tribe makes such an address on an open platform, it is considered a crime. Dhirendra Shastri, who comes from a Brahmin background, does this. Ishwar Prasad Ben, a former councillor, MP Basore, Surendra Vanshkar, Tilak Raj, Gangaram Banshal, Halkeram Ben, Lakhan Masab, Narendra Panda, and Mathura Ben were present when the memorandum was delivered.
