Pandit Dhirendra Shastri’s problems have grown as a result of his utterances on Basor society. A demonstration was held and a memorandum was filed by members of the group. A demand has been made in this matter to file a criminal complaint against Bageshwar head priest.
Amit Banskar slams Dhirendra Shastri
According to Amit Banskar, “Pandit Dhirendra Krishna Shastri of Bageshwar said in the middle of the conversation that whether you understand Basor or not, the entire society is hurt by this. The Basor caste has been openly humiliated by the so-called Baba Dhirendra Krishna Shastri. As a result of this, he is accused of filing a FIR. In the viral video, Dhirendra Shastri can be seen clearly in a public meeting. The Indian Constitution states that publicly disparaging any individual or society of any caste in any public meeting/place is a violation of public feelings. He cannot be provoked. However, the so-called Baba Dhirendra Shastri has crossed the line by openly criticizing the Basor caste.”
“While they are publicly offended by stating, ‘Why are we Basor?’, their expressions and words demonstrate that the Basor group is a little caste. This conveys a message to society that the Basor caste is a minor caste, and their purpose is to deliberately discriminate against caste and offend caste sensibilities of all sizes. There is a lot of rage in the society against them since they are performing the horrible act of denigrating any caste system in the name of so-called miracles and slips.”
Community members demand FIR
Members of the community have petitioned the Superintendent of Police to file an FIR against the so-called Baba Dhirendra Shastri, who is publicly displaying caste prejudice and harming societal feelings in the name of miraculous. Take back his public statements, so-called Baba Dhirendra Shastri Bageshwar Dham. If they do not do this, the residents of the Basor community will protest at their story site, asking that their remarks be removed, for which they will be held accountable.
