EPFO’s Subscribers Notified on X
This information on EPFO’s subscribers is available on X. The organisation tweeted that services linked to Aadhaar authentication will be unavailable owing to technical maintenance of the platform’s Aadhaar configuration. Numerous users on X voiced their complaints on the difficulties they were having logging in and submitting claims on the EPFO website. A user reported that changing his password was not possible.
In contrast, a another user reported that his online claim was not being processed. According to EPFO, this will have an impact on the Aadhaar authentication-related services. When the services will begin and the technical maintenance will be finished has not been announced by EPFO.
Grievance Redressal Option for EPFO Users
EPFO users can use their grievance channel to file a complaint if they would like a remedy to any other issue. On X, EPFO stated that it has a complaint channel. Customers can use the website epfigms.gov.in to file a complaint. They will also receive a grievance ID upon registration, which they can submit to EPFO to have it transferred to the relevant desk.
