Step-by-Step Guide to Submitting Your Life Certificate Digitally via Face Authentication
First, go to Jeevan Pramaan’s website
First Go to the official Jeevan Pramaan website of the Government of India, jeevanpramaan.gov.in. This portal provides the facility for submission of digital life certificate through Aadhaar-based face authentication
Download AadhaarFaceRD App
Download and Install ‘AadhaarFaceRD’ App from Google Play Store on your Android device. This app will enable face authentication to generate your digital life certificate
Do Operator Authentication
Open the application and follow the steps to authenticate the operator. This would require the scanning of the face of the operator through the interface provided in the application….
Enter Aadhaar Details
Enter your Aadhaar number and various other personal details as sought by the app. The information provided should be correct to avoid processing delays.
Capture Your Face
Now, align your face in the frame appearing on your device. The app will capture your image for biometric verification.
Verify OTP (One-Time Password)
If requested, re-authenticate yourself by entering the OTP sent to your Registered Mobile Number. This step has been added to make the process of accessing and submitting digital life certificates more secure so that it reaches only the intended person’s hands .
Generate Digital Life Certificate
After successful verification of your identity, the app will generate your digital life certificate. This certificate is stored safely and can be accessed anytime from the Jeevan Pramaan portal
Download and Save
download a PDF copy of your Digital Life Certificate for your record. You can print it also if needed and submit to your pension disbursing agency.

You may contact your nearest Jeevan Pramaan Centre, if you wish to have physical assistance. Almost all the operating centres are of Common Service Centres, banks, and other ‘appointed’ institutions.
