Government Issues Directive for Final Installment
The government just issued the directive pertaining to the final installment. The State Government’s Finance Department has paid the final installment of the seventh pay scale, which amounts to around Rs 500 crore, to government officers and employees after getting the order from the government.
Each government employee will receive an average of Rs 10 to 15 thousand when arrears are paid. The employees received this installment between April and June of 2017. Government workers might then have to wait from April 5 to April 7 to receive their March salaries, though. In actuality, the salary is being delayed as a result of moving forward with this process following the government’s directive. On the other hand, bills for the remaining salary are to be prepared and sent to the government treasury.
