Hyundai Kona EV: The Kona Electric is a pleasant and useful little crossover that adheres to the notion that electric cars ought to function just like gas cars, but are propelled by electrons rather than petroleum.
Price of the electric vehicle
The price of Hyundai Kona Electric starts at Rs. 23.84 Lakh and goes upto Rs. 24.03 Lakh. It incorporates all of the quirky, gas-powered Kona’s qualities, but switches out the four-cylinder, fossil-fuel-burning engine for a lithium-ion battery bank and a permanent-magnet synchronous AC motor.
The resulting power output and predicted driving range, which are important considerations for the majority of consumers when deciding which EV is best for them, are realistic enough, as is the price of the electrified Kona. In comparison to its compact EV rivals, it still holds up quite well thanks to its obedient on-road characteristics, feature-rich interior, industry-leading warranty coverage, and practical complimentary maintenance package.
Battery Life, Charging, and Range
One-pedal operation is possible thanks to aggressive regenerative braking, which also contributes to the stated 258-mile driving range, one mile shorter than the Bolt EV’s. The driver can change the amount of regen by pulling the paddles behind the steering wheel. The best outlet for home charging is a 240-volt outlet, but the Kona Electric can also be charged at a DC fast-charging station. It can be charged on a 110-volt household outlet.
