Indian Railways: The people taking the train have excellent news. They won’t have to visit the train station to get a platform ticket, pay the MST, or renew it. You can sit at home and get all of this. The unique aspect is that it will be reasonably priced. Its process is quite simple. Indian Railways is informing its passengers of this.
Facilitating Digital Ticketing
The goal of the UTS On Mobile App launch is to facilitate digital ticketing, encourage self-ticketing, and make sure that customers can simply buy tickets without having to deal with long lines.
You can purchase or renew season tickets and platform tickets via the app. Tickets for paperless travel can be reserved up to 50 km from the station. On each recharge, you will receive a 3 percent bonus, or a discount. R-Wallet is accessible via UTS and on the internet. You can recharge at the counter.
Empowering Passengers
In an effort to turn passengers into smart travellers, Railways is launching an awareness campaign encouraging people to download the UTS mobile app. During the Veerangana Lakshmibai Jhansi station awareness campaign, patrons were instructed on how to use the smartphone app and how to purchase tickets.
