Harsh Beniwal’s Path to YouTube Stardom
Harsh Beniwal’s brief movies were shared on a few troll and meme Instagram pages, and even included tags for him. And as a result, he increased his popularity and earned a few followers. Later, after gaining a million Instagram followers, Harsh Beniwal switched to YouTube. On May 6, 2015, he launched the Harsh Beniwal YouTube channel. Harsh Beniwal first attended the University of Delhi to pursue a BA, but he later transferred to VIPS to pursue a BCA. He also became passionate about dance during this time, but this didn’t last very long. Harsh Beniwal decided to drop out of college after realising during his first year at VIPS that he couldn’t concentrate on his BCA coursework. He had four backlogs as a result of his poor studying. In his second year, Harsh Beniwal made the decision to leave college in order to save his parents’ money from paying for a degree he didn’t enjoy. Consequently, he originally tried to persuade his mother to let him drop out, but she insisted that he speak with his father first. The decision to leave college was quickly approved by Harsh Beniwal’s father, who also asked him to become a successful content creator. His father gave him permission to leave school because by this time he was having some success with his videos.
Harsh Beniwal’s Journey from College Dropout to YouTube Sensation
Harsh Beniwal discovered while pursuing BCA that he had to decide between studying and making films. He made the decision to drop out of college because he was so passionate about making videos. As a result, Harsh Beniwal left the college during his second year of BCA. Given that his parents were fully behind him, he started working even harder. Harsh Beniwal shot all of his videos for his first year and a half of production using just his iPhone; later, he would borrow cameras from friends. He just recently bought a camera. Initially, Harsh Beniwal received assistance from his mother and sister who would film his videos. His cousin Mohit and college friend Pratishtha have also been there for him from the start. When Harsh Beniwal was a college theatre major, he first met Pratishtha. He now has a large team working with him to produce videos.

With more than 13 million subscribers, Harsh Beniwal is one of the most popular YouTubers today. He currently has more than 4 million Instagram followers. Harsh Beniwal was awarded a Gold Play Button by YouTube on April 18, 2018. Additionally, he received the Dadasaheb Phalke Award for Best Youtuber on March 19, 2018.
