Inspirational Stories: When Kalpesh Patel contracted polio at the age of five months, he still had one leg. As the lethal illness crept throughout Kalpesh’s body while he was confined to bed for several months, he endured a protracted fever. Despite all of the efforts, the Surat youngster had already lost one of his limbs. Kalpesh persisted in his fight for survival. Due to his family’s financial constraints, Kalpesh was only able to complete Class 11, but he never stopped learning throughout his life. He used to assist his father with the family’s small business, helping him learn the ropes in the process.
Kalpesh Patel’s Journey from Tragedy to Diamond Trading Success
According to Abdul Kalam Fan Club, tragedy struck their family once more when Kalpesh lost his father when he was only 18 years old. Since he was the oldest child among his siblings, it fell to his young shoulders to take care of the family. This also put a stop to his hopes of going to college. After doing some market research, Kalpesh decided to branch out and start trading diamonds, taking over his father’s business. Over time, as he made relationships with numerous significant jewellery manufacturers from all over the nation, his clientele increased. Today, his business generates Rs 10 crore in revenue annually. With just two individuals on his team, he is able to complete this.

Kalpesh excels in both business and as a family man. He assisted his younger brother’s career over the years and helped his sisters get married. Kalpesh, who is happily married and has two kids, is a role model for many.
