IRCTC: Customers of IRCTC are having trouble purchasing tickets both online and through the application. IRCTC Tweeted, “Due to technical reasons the ticketing service is not available. Our technical team is resolving the issue. We will notify as soon as the technical issue is fixed.”

The error message’s screenshots have been posted by numerous individuals. One User said, “Plz resolve issue as soon as possible. I’m tring for booking ticket since it’s not working till. Amount deducted 5 times but ticket not booked single time.”
IRCTC Technical Glitch Coincides with Tatkal Booking Hours, Adding to Commuter Woes
The schedule conflicts with periods set aside for tatkal bookings, which could make the problem worse. Tatkal booking for the AC classes (2A/3A/CC/EC/3E) and non-AC classes (SL/FC/2S) begins at 10:00 am and 11:00 am, respectively.
