Dough Preparation
- Begin by kneading puri dough using regular wheat flour.
- To increase suppleness, add a few spoons of curd and a pinch of salt.
- Use water to knead the dough until it has the consistency of puri dough.
- Give the dough ten to fifteen minutes to rest.
- After resting, roll the puris to your preferred size
Boiling Method
- Put water to a boil and gradually add puris.
- After around fifteen minutes, a puri ought to rise to the top.
- Remove and set aside on a platter.
- After it boils, cover the water with a strainer.
- Place the puris on a strainer and let them steam for two to three minutes.
Air Frying
- Get the air fryer ready.
- For four minutes, bake the puris at a specific temperature.
- For a deeper colour, bake for one more minute.
Enjoy Soft and Oil-Free Puris
- To guarantee suppleness, mix in curd with the dough.
- Turn the puris over after steaming or boiling to prevent the top surface from getting wet.
