Punjab News– Malwinder Singh Kang, Member of Parliament (MP) from Sri Anandpur Sahib, has announced that a direct flight from Mohali International Airport to Singapore is expected to begin in the coming days. In a further boost to international connectivity, plans are underway to introduce more direct flights from Mohali to other countries as well. This significant development comes as part of continuous efforts by the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) to enhance the region’s infrastructure.
AAP MP Malwinder Singh Kang Focuses on Development in Anandpur Sahib Constituency
Kang made this announcement while inaugurating open gyms built by the local municipal council in the villages of Jandpur and Halalpur under Ward No. 4. During the event, he emphasized the importance of international connectivity and the positive impact it would have on the local economy.
Progress on Banga-Anandpur Sahib Four-Lane Road
In addition to the international flight news, MP Kang highlighted the ongoing construction of the four-lane road between Banga and Anandpur Sahib, stating that work is progressing rapidly. This project is expected to greatly improve connectivity and transportation in the area.
Present at the event were Khara Municipal Council President Jaspreet Kaur Lagguia, Ward Member Gurbinder Singh Cheema, and several other local councilors.
MP Kang’s efforts reflect AAP’s commitment to bringing tangible development to the Anandpur Sahib constituency, ensuring better infrastructure and facilities for the local population.
