Punjab News— The third edition of the state-level sports festival, Khedan Watan Punjab Dian 2024, kicked off in Sangrur with great enthusiasm, attended by Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann. The festival, which began on August 29, will run for more than two months, culminating on November 9.
During the inauguration, Punjab Minister Harbhajan Singh emphasized the significance of the event, stating, “This is a really big deal for the sports department and the entire state of Punjab. More and more participants are coming forward to take part in the games.” The minister’s remarks reflect the growing interest and participation in the event, which aims to foster a culture of sports and physical fitness across the state.

Khedan Watan Punjab Dian has become a prominent platform for athletes from various regions of Punjab to showcase their talent.
