Presenting Nala Cat, the world’s wealthiest feline. The cat has a $100 million net worth, claims Cats.com. Nala Cat receives the most of her revenue from her popular Instagram page, which has 4.5 million followers and growing. (Incidentally, she now holds the record for having the most Instagram followers of any feline.) Apart from engaging in sponsored social media promotion, the cat also runs a cat food business called Love, Nala.
Ranking Among the Wealthiest Pets
On the list of wealthiest pets in the world, Nala Cat comes in second place, behind Gunther VI, a $500 million German shepherd. She is the richest member of her kind, though. And unlike Gunther VI, whose wealth was “inherited” and “invested,” her riches was earned. Another well-known cat, Olivia Benson (owned by Taylor Swift), comes after Nala Cat. Olivia’s $97 million net worth places her third, largely due to her appearances in music videos and sales of goods.
