Noida RTO: The Noida government is cancelling the registration of one lakh 19 thousand 612 automobiles. The registration of gasoline vehicles that are 15 years old and diesel vehicles that are 10 years old is being revoked per NGT instructions. The NOC for BS 1 and BS 2 type vehicles will no longer be provided.
In Noida, which is close to Delhi, the Transport Department has made significant progress. One lakh 19 thousand 612 vehicles in the district are having their registrations annulled. The registration of gasoline vehicles that are 15 years old and diesel vehicles that are 10 years old is being revoked per NGT instructions. The NOC for BS 1 and BS 2 type vehicles will no longer be provided.
Cancellation of vehicle registration
According to Noida’s ARTO Siyaram Verma, notices have been sent to all vehicles older than 15 years. If the owner of the vehicle so chooses, they may obtain a NOC from here and travel to other districts with a vehicle that is 15 years old in gasoline and 10 years old in diesel. Vehicle operating will have to come to an end.
Approx 7000 vehicles have been seized
There are six teams in the Transport Department, according to ARTO Siyaram Verma. Police assistance will also be sought. We also have a little junkyard where we dump used cars. The automobiles will be seized and delivered to the scrap yard.
In Noida, there are 88142 automobiles that are BS 1 and BS 2. Such vehicles cannot have their NOC obtained anywhere. Such automobiles are currently being seized through action. We have seized 7,000 of these automobiles.
Stay in your city
In spite of the fact that the vehicles outside were released with a fine, ARTO Siyaram Verma stated that the NGT rule is prohibited in every district of the National Capital Region. If someone enters the region from another district or city with a vehicle older than 15 years, action will also be taken against him.
