Sadhguru’s healthy breakfast
Sadhguru lives yoga as the way of life. Along with this, he also takes special care of his dietary habits. His breakfast bowl consists of nutritious cuisine which helps him stay energetic for the rest of the day. His bowl usually contains sprouted green grams, soaking almonds, neem leaves, turmeric balls, and sprouted groundnuts.
In a conversation with CurlyTales, Sadhguru revealed that groundnuts grown organically are rich in enzymes and protein, both of which are necessary. Sadhguru revealed that there was a point when he subsisted for months on nothing but groundnuts and bananas.
Sadhguru’s thoughts on the education system
When questioned about his thoughts on education and the expectations his parents had for him. He revealed that his father wanted him to join in school and seek a master’s degree since he thought being a doctor would be successful. But Sadhguru was against this approach. He decided to further his education. He spent the entire year, from dawn until dusk, in the Mysore University library.
Sadhguru disagreed with the idea that schools should students multiple activities. He said that education should open a student’s mind, not make him a jack of all trades or a master of none.
