For this you need to follow these steps to make this dish
• Place the potatoes in a big pot, cover with cold water, and heat until cooked. Reduce heat, stir in 2 teaspoons of salt, and keep it for 15 to 18 minutes, or until the food is just cooked. Return the potatoes to the pot after draining.

• While that is going on, in a small saucepan, heat half-and-half, 4 tablespoons butter, garlic, mushroom mixture, and peppercorns until they are boiling. After removing from the heat, let the potatoes get boiled until they are done.
• Slice scallions very thinly while potatoes are getting boiled. Microwave the remaining 4 tablespoons of butter and the herb leaves in a small bowl for 40 seconds, or until melted. Add scallions, lime juice, 1/4 teaspoon salt, and 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground pepper. Stir well.
• Add potatoes to the pot after straining the half-and-half mixture. Mash in a pinch of salt. After, add scallion butter on top in a serving bowl.
2. Apple – Cranberry Pie
After dinner on Thanksgiving, this dessert is exactly what you need. With apples, cranberries, and spicy flavours like ginger and cinnamon, this delicious delight is impossible to mess up.
• Advice: Cut the pie crust into squares and arrange them on top rather than creating a normal pattern.
For this you need to follow these steps to make this dish
• Combine flour, cornstarch, cinnamon, nutmeg, and 2 tablespoons white sugar in a small bowl; put aside. Brown sugar, lemon juice, 2 tablespoons white sugar, and salt should all be combined in a big bowl.
• Add apples to a large bowl containing the brown sugar mixture after peeling, coring, and cutting them into 1/2-inch-thick wedges. Cook for about 15 minutes, tossing frequently, until juicy.
• Apples and all of their juices should be added after the butter in the large frying pan has melted. For five minutes, cover the pan and stir frequently. Cook, uncovered, for 5 to 7 minutes or until the cranberries have released their juices and the apples are just soft but not mushy. Reduce heat, add seasoned flour, and cook for 1 minute while stirring to thicken. Put the mixture, together with any juices, in a heatproof bowl, and allow to cool for about an hour.
• Set the temperature of oven at 400 Farenhits. At room temperature, give the dough 5 to 10 minutes to soften somewhat. Roll one dough ball into an about 12-inch circular on a piece of parchment that has been lightly coated with flour. Spend 15 minutes freezing until very stiff. Roll the remaining dough to a 12-inch circle on a lightly floured surface, then fit it into the bottom and up the sides of a 9-inch pie plate.
• Dough should be taken out of the freezer, cut into 2 1/2-inch pieces, and softened just enough to become flexible. Place in a nearly touching, somewhat overlapping pattern on top of the pie filling. Trim overhang to a total of 1 inch, if necessary. Edges can be pinched by folding them inside.

• 15 minutes freezing is required. Sprinkle remaining tablespoon sugar over the squares’ borders and lightly brush with egg. Place on baking sheet, and bake for 18 to 20 minutes, or until beginning to turn golden. Reduce oven temperature to 375°F, tent edges with foil, and continue baking for an additional 30 to 35 minutes, or until pie’s centre starts to bubble (tent entire pie during last 10 minutes if necessary to prevent burning). Prior to slicing, allow it chill for at least two hours.
3. Green Beans
For a sweet-sour coating on fresh green beans, boil sherry wine, vinegar, and brown sugar together.
For this you need to follow these steps to make this dish
• On medium, a medium pan is heating up with olive oil. When the onion is ready, add it and cook for 4 to 5 more minutes.
• Stir in the sherry wine, vinegar, and brown sugar. Cook for 15 to 20 minutes, or until the syrup has thickened and been reduced by 34.
• Toss green beans with 1/2 teaspoon each of salt and pepper after mixing in the butter.
4. Mashed Potatoes with Herbs
To improve a popular Thanksgiving side dish, infuse milk with the tastes of fresh thyme and coriander leaves.
For this you need to follow these steps to make this dish
• In a large pan, add the potatoes and cover with cold water. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat, stir in 2 teaspoons of salt, and cook for 15 to 18 minutes, or until the food is just cooked. Return the potatoes to the pot after draining.
• While this is cooking, heat up a small saucepan with the cream, butter, herbs, coriander leaves, bay leaf, and peppercorns. 3 minutes of cooking at low heat are proceeded by temperature control.
• In the pan with the potatoes, strain the cream mixture. To achieve the correct consistency, stir in 3/4 teaspoon salt. Before serving, you can add some cinnamon.
5. Roasted Red Onions in Balsamic
This dish of roasted vegetables just only 6 ingredients, making it a quick side dish to prepare on Thanksgiving.
For this you need to follow these steps to make this dish
• Set oven temperature at 400 °F. With oil, herbs, and 3/4 teaspoons of salt and pepper, toss onions on a baking sheet. 12 minutes of roasting.
• During the final 10 to 15 minutes of roasting, chop onions with vinegar and continue to roast until they are golden and soft. If preferred, add herbs.
