Atul Subhash’s Tragic Death Leaves Nation Shocked

Atul Subhash died by suicide on Monday, leaving behind a 24-page note and several heartbreaking videos. In these videos, which have gone viral on social media, Atul shared his pain, frustration, and questions about the injustices he faced. He accused his wife, her family, and a family court judge in Uttar Pradesh of harassment, extortion, and corruption. His powerful words and tragic end have raised serious questions about the treatment of men in such situations.

Brother of Atul Subhash Demands Justice

Speaking to ANI, Atul’s brother, Bikas Kumar, shared the pain and frustration the family is experiencing. He revealed how Atul’s wife had separated from him and, eight months later, filed a divorce case accusing Atul and his family under several legal sections.

“Every law in India is for women, not for men. My brother fought against this but couldn’t survive the harassment,” Bikas said. “In his suicide note, he wrote that if he wins against the system, his remains should be immersed in the Ganga; otherwise, in a gutter outside the court,” he shared emotionally.

Bikas Kumar has demanded a thorough investigation into the case, particularly the allegations against the judge named in Atul Subhash’s suicide note. He urged the government and the President of India to ensure justice for his brother.

“If my brother is truthful, justice should be served. If not, give me proof to show that he was wrong,” he said.

You’re on your own.”
