Senu Duggal, Additional Director Public Relations Punjab has been appointed as the Indian Administrative Service (IAS) CADRE.
The notice came yesterday and she will take over the post with immediate effect.
Born on February 9, 1968 and with more than 28 years of experience of service, Senu Duggal has earlier served as the Director Public Relations Punjab from February 2016 to March 2017.
Based on her experinece record and length of service, she was prompted to the rank of Additional Director in the Public Relation department and rank for non-IAS officer and played a vital role in the department.
The central notification issued earlier today read, “President of India is pleased to appoint following members of the non-state Civil Service of Punjab to the Indian Administrative Service against the vacancies determined by the GoI under regulation 3 of the said regulations in consultation with the state government for the Select List of 2019.”
