Asian Para Games 2023: The Indian athletes are continuing to shine in this Para Games as they scripted once again on Friday. They are breaking records every day and scripting history with their valiant efforts on the field.
On one hand, Raman Sharma stole the show when he broke multiple records in the men’s 1500m T38 event and won the bronze. On the other hand, Sheetal Devi became the first Indian woman to win two gold medals in a single edition of the Asian Para Games.
It was the third medal for Sheetal in this campaign as she had already won a gold medal in the compound mixed team event and a women’s doubles silver. The pride of India even stated that if she can do it, anyone can. Which just shows how humble she is.
