However, apart from the match, it was player interaction during the practise session that has gone viral. One such interaction between the captain of both sides, Rohit Sharma and Babar Azam has gone immensely popular in which the latter can be heard asking about Rohit’s wife (Ritika Sajdeh) and family.

Before the match, the players from both teams had a friendly interaction during their pre-match training session at the Pallekele Stadium on Friday. The captains, Rohit Sharma and Babar Azam, engaged in a casual conversation, and a video capturing this interaction was posted on the official Pakistan Cricket social media account on X (formerly Twitter).
During their interaction, Babar asked about Rohit’s family, specifically if Rohit’s wife and daughter had traveled with him, saying “Aur Bhabhi Kaise Hain, Aayein Nhi”. In response, the Indian captain mentioned that his daughter, Samaira, had started attending school, which was the reason she couldn’t accompany him. He stated, “Kisiko to rehna padega ghar pr.”

The video also captured the interaction between Virat Kohli and Haris Rauf at the stadium. It appeared that the Pakistani fast bowler was reminiscing about the memorable sixes that Kohli had struck against him during last year’s T20 World Cup in Australia.
Haris could be heard saying, “Jidhar se guzarta hu na, Kohli-Kohli hota hai (Wherever I pass by, it’s always Kohli-Kohli).”
