BCCI wants all the players to stay fit
According to the reports , Roger Binny has stated categorically that Indian players should participate in home competitions when they are not taking part in international competitions. Notably, under the BCCI’s new rule, only all format players are allowed to take a break.
BCCI official was quoted saying, “It had to happen. They need match practice to stay fit. With many injuries of late, we must have players ready for all formats. As President indicated, all Indian players barring all-format guys should play in domestic.”
