Cricket Viral Video: Ajit Agarkar, an Indian bowler by career, had a few notable days at the plate. He is most known for having a Lord’s Test century, something Sachin Tendulkar cannot claim, and for having the quickest ODI fifty by an Indian, which he achieved against Zimbabwe in 2000 in just 21 balls.
Ajit Agarkar came after shaky start
India’s innings did not get off to a great start as they lost both of their openers, S Sriram (2) and Sachin Tendulkar (27), as well as their skipper Rahul Dravid (6), and their total was reduced to 42/3 after 12.2 overs. In another 8 over, the squad suffered a setback as Yuvraj Singh was lost for 29 runs, leaving India at 84/4 on the scoreboard.
This particular inning was significant. When Agarkar entered the game, India was 216-6 with 6.3 overs remaining after starting the game at 114-5. They were able to surpass 300 thanks to the No. 8’s attack.
He scored 67 off 25 balls while remaining undefeated after smashing seven fours and four sixes. Sanath Jayasuriya, Kusal Perera, Corey Anderson, Chris Gayle, Brendon McCullum (twice), Martin Guptill, and AB de Villiers are among the batters who have scored more runs in an inning with a higher strike rate.

He helped Zimbabwe be outscored for 262 but his task was far from done as the seamer took 3-26 as first-change bowler.
