Cricket Viral Video: In the ongoing edition of The Hundred, during the match between Northern Superchargers and Oval Invincibles, Alice Capsey encountered a humorous stumping dismissal on Friday, August 11th. The video has ever since gone viral and creating rounds on social media.

Regarding the match, the Superchargers secured a 14-run victory over the Invincibles, maintaining their impressive momentum in the tournament. Opting to bat first, the Superchargers accumulated a total of 143 runs for the loss of 4 wickets within the 100-ball limit. Phoebe Litchfield, who has been displaying consistent form with the bat, continued her splendid streak by contributing a notable 68 runs off 45 balls. Her innings included 8 boundaries and a six.
Litchfield took to the crease early in the match, arriving after Jemimah Rodrigues was dismissed for a duck on only the fourth ball. Marie Kelly (10) also departed swiftly, but Litchfield, alongside captain Hollie Armitage (42), established a substantial partnership of 94 runs for the third wicket. In response, the Invincibles concluded their innings with a total of 129 runs for the loss of 5 wickets.
Amsuing dismissal leaves everyone laughing
As for Alice Capsey’s dismissal, the incident occurred during the 30th ball of the innings. Initially, her innings showed promise as she swiftly amassed 13 runs with two boundaries in the first eight balls. However, before capitalizing on this start, Bess Heath managed to stump Alice Capsey.
On the 30th delivery, while facing spinner Georgia Wareham, Alice Capsey charged down the pitch. Unfortunately, she failed to make contact with the ball and assumed that she had been stumped. During this time, Heath encountered difficulty while trying to handle the ball behind the stumps, all while Alice Capsey remained focused ahead, not turning back.
After a brief interval, Alice Capsey eventually glanced behind and attempted a half-hearted effort to return to the crease. Nonetheless, the wicketkeeper successfully gathered the ball, ultimately dislodging the bails to complete the dismissal.

In the midst of these events, the recent loss has further increased the problems for the Invincibles. With just one victory out of four matches, they find themselves struggling, occupying the fifth position on the points table. Conversely, the Superchargers occupy the second spot, boasting three victories out of four games. Meanwhile, Welsh Fire presently lead the points table with a tally of 7 points accrued from four matches.
