Cricket Viral Video: In a memorable moment during the first T20I in July 2021 at Northampton, India’s Harleen Deol took an incredible catch to dismiss England‘s Amy Jones, who was batting aggressively at 43 runs and aiming for a big hit in the closing overs. Jones attempted a lofted shot to score six runs, but Deol’s spectacular catch put an end to her innings. The catch was so impressive that even the English players couldn’t help but applaud the remarkable effort.

Harleen Deol’s remarkable catch put an end to Amy Jones’ innings, leaving even the English players impressed and cheering. During the last over of the innings, Shikha Pandey attempted to bowl a yorker-length delivery, and although Jones didn’t miss her target by much, it seemed like the ball was headed over the long-off boundary.
Deol, positioned near the wide long-off region, not only managed to get her hands on the ball but also flicked it up in the air before her momentum carried her beyond the boundary rope. She then jumped back into play to complete the catch while the ball was still airborne.

India, despite Harleen Deol‘s outstanding performance, suffered an 18-run defeat to the hosts (DLS method). India managed to score 54/3 in 8.3 overs before rain disrupted their innings. In contrast, England’s batsmen posted a formidable total of 177/7 in their first innings, with Natalie Sciver’s brilliant half-century being the standout performance. Sciver scored 55 runs off just 27 deliveries for the Three Lions.
