Cricket Viral Video: The ICC T20 World Cup 2024 has been a nightmare for every batsman so far. The Nassau County International Stadium has been the most talked about stadium in the tournament. There might not be a single pitch that has been talked more about than the 22-yard strip at the Nassau stadium.
The pitch has calmed down in the past few matches but remains a dangerous pitch to bat on. Rohit Sharma was hit on the shoulder from a length delivery. Jasprit Bumrah struck the helmet of Harry Tector from a similar length.
Jaker Ali’s bat was broken against South Africa and now Mohammad Rizwan has also joined this list as his bat also broke down against Canada. It was sort of a funny turn of events as Rizwan has been mumbling for an incoming six.

The incident happened in the 6th over when Pakistan was chasing down the 107-run target and needed a move on. Rizwan also knew that and was looking for a boundary and had every intention of producing a thunderous shot.
According to the commentators, Rizwan could be heard mumbling for an incoming six. He was constantly whispering that ‘Six is coming’ which made sure that he was going to hit it big.
And on the fifth delivery of the over, he stepped out and swung the bat as hard as possible. While the ball did not travel as it hit the toe of his bat, it surely did some damage to the bat.
Rizwan was frustrated by the missed opportunity and also felt some kind of jerk in his hand. He instantly asked for a new bat and the replay showed just how hard the impact was.
Essential Victory
Rizwan was once again the main man for Pakistan as he played till the end to guide his team to a much-needed victory. Pakistan was playing a do-or-die match against Canada and needed a win at all costs.
Mohammad Rizwan showed temperament, patience, and class and scored a run-a-ball half-century alongside Babar Azam who also played a decent knock. Pakistan finally has opened their account in the ICC T20 World Cup 2024. They would hope to win their next match while hoping that the USA or India lose their remaining matches by a huge margin.
