The conversation started when the kid asked Dhoni about his obsession with wicketkeeping. He further added why doesn’t bowl and let anyone else take position behind the wicket? The kid also praised Dhoni’s skills behind the wickets.

MS Dhoni replied with utmost humility and honesty and stated that bowlers always get hit around the park, which he does not like. He likes wicketkeeping because he can command the game, and no one can yell back at him at any time.

Dhoni To Return In IPL 2024

If you think you have seen the last of MS Dhoni, you are wrong. MS Dhoni will make his comeback in the next IPL season. His participation in the next IPL was in doubt because of the knee injury, but Dhoni promised the fans that he would play in the next IPL.

He has undergone massive knee surgery and will start rehab in July. Dhoni will resume his net sessions back in late August or early September. MS Dhoni has stated that IPL 2024 will be his last, so make sure you enjoy it as much as you can.
