It was visible that both Virat Kohli and Rohit Sharma wanted revenge against England for the humiliation they faced in 2022 in Adelaide. That time the English side defeated India by 10 wickets to march into the finals.
It was not the case this time as England was even struggling to score 100 runs against the spin of Kuldeep Yadav and Axar Patel. And with every wicket, Kohli and Rohit were as animated as you can expect them to be.
