Cricket Viral Video features a heart-whelming conversation between Virat Kohli and Steve Smith about the amazing gesture by Indian skipper.

Cricket Viral Video: We all know the sandpaper incident involving Steve Smith and David Warner. Even now, the fans do not let him forget the incident as we saw in the second Ashes test at Lords.

We saw a similar incident during the ICC World Cup 2019 when Australia was playing against India in a group-stage match. And the person who took the most offense in that situation was none other than Virat Kohli himself.

The Oval crowd which involved Indian fans majorly was booing and showering jeers towards Steve Smith and David Warner. And after the over, Virat Kohli signaled the crowd to stop that and cheer him. And this act of kindness was not forgotten by Steve Smith himself.

Cricket Viral Video: A Beautiful Gesture

Smith, who was fielding at third man during India’s innings, was jeered by fans who were heard chanting ‘cheater…cheater’ from the stands. It didn’t go down well with Virat Kohli.

After the end of the over, the Indian skipper was seen signaling to the crowd to stop booing and asked them to applaud Smith. Kohli was so disturbed by this scenario that he even apologized to Smith after the incident.

“I just felt for him. I told him, ‘I’m sorry on behalf of the crowd because I have seen that happen in a few earlier games as well’. In my opinion, that’s not acceptable,” Kohli said in the post-match press conference.

Nothing Is Permanent

When Smith asked Kohli why he stopped everyone he gave a beautiful answer. Kohli stated that both Warner and Smith had gone through the consequences and nothing in life can be that permanent.

Keeping the competition aside, it was not fair as human nature. As no one should suffer like that.
