India batted first in the match and was strongly going as Yuvraj Singh walked onto the pitch during the final 10 overs. The Indian team had a strong position, and Yuvraj decided to go all in and attack the opposition bowlers. From the very beginning, he only dealt in boundaries and sixes, smashing every delivery that came his way.
The crowd was on their feet as he reached his fifty in just 22 balls. This incredible achievement was not only Yuvraj’s fastest 50 in ODI cricket, but it also marked the second-fastest fifty by an Indian in ODI cricket. He ended u scoring 69 off 32 balls. During his knock, he smashed 8 boundaries and three sixes, playing with a strike rate of 215.
