Danni Wyatt engaged
Taking to social media, Danni Wyatt posted the photo with her partner. The couple can be seen kissing each other while Danni shows up her middle finger with a ring on it. With the photo, she wrote “Mine Forever” in the caption. In an unexpected turn of events, Danni Wyatt did not find any buyers in the auction for the Women’s Premier League (WPL) 2023, and therefore will not be participating in the T20 league.
However, there are chances that she might join the WPL as a replacement for any batter if any team shows interest. Although, it is expected that she will take a break of couple of months due to her engagement. Her latest post confirming her engagement has gone viral ever since she posted about it. With that, her 9 years older post has also gone viral.
Danni Wyatt’s tweet on Virat Kohli
Nine years ago, she had posted, “Kholi Marry Me,” referring to India’s former skipper Virat Kohli. Many fans have been sharing the tweet and jokingly asking her about what has changed.
With 102 ODI and 143 T20I appearances for England, Danni Wyatt has an excellent career. In the 50-over format, she has amassed 1776 runs and grabbed 27 wickets. In the T20 format, she has amassed 2369 runs and claimed 46 wickets.
Despite her massive records, the 31-year-old did not receive any bids in the WPL auction, although she has previously participated in the BCCI’s Women’s T20 Challenger. With the T20 league commencing on March 4, it remains to be seen if she will be approached by any team during the course of the tournament.
