ENG vs PAK, T20 World Cup 2022: In the big final at the MCG on Sunday, Pakistan and England will compete for their second ICC Men’s T20 World Cup championship (November 13). Both teams have experienced difficult moments during the tournament, but they have battled valiantly and, with a little bit of luck on their side, have advanced to the semi-finals, where they have dominated their rivals.
The final showdown will take place on Sunday between the two sides. Many supporters wanted a rematch of the October 23 extravaganza between India and Pakistan, but Rohit Sharma’s team fell short in the semi-final by a wide margin.

Several matches have been called-off due to rain
Weather is a concern for both teams. Numerous matches in this T20 World Cup have already been ruined by the Melbourne weather; Sunday’s match is likely to follow suit. The weather forecast indicates that there is an 95 percent chance of rain in Melbourne on the day of the PAK vs. ENG final, so a full game of T20 cricket at the MCG on November 13 may not be possible.
This forecast was made in the early hours of India time. It could change, just like it did when Pakistan was set to play India on October 23.
What will happen if rain washes out the day?
The Pakistan vs. England final does indeed have a reserve day. It does, however, have some restrictions. The game won’t continue on the reserve day, which is Monday(November 14), if, for example, both teams are playing 10 overs per inning on Sunday and it starts to rain. It won’t take effect until the aforementioned condition is not met. If both teams are able to complete 10 overs per innings, the DLS technique will be used to determine the match’s outcome and the winner. If not even a ball gets bowled, both will be crowned as equal victors.
