Happy Birthday to Viru Paji, the Nabab of Najafgarh and most dangerous opener of the era

Virender Sehwag, the explosive opener of the Indian cricket team, is celebrating his 42nd birthday today. Born on 20 October 1978, Sehwag is the only captain in the world who has scored a double century in ODIs as a captain. Sehwag is also the first Indian batsman to score a triple century in Tests for India.

Even after watching the innings of Sehwag, who was the explosive opener of Team India, people still do not miss to praise. His way of playing was such that every bowler of the world was afraid. There have been many achievements in the name of Sehwag, but one amazing thing that no other player in the world has done till date is that he scored a double century in ODIs while captaining.

Sehwag considers Sachin Tendulkar, the Lord of Cricket, to be his guide. Challenging circumstances could not even distract his firm intentions. Many people also call him the Nabab of Najafgarh.

Due to his batting batting, Sehwag not only managed to score a triple century in Test cricket, it also became the second batsman to score a double century in ODI cricket after Sachin Tendulkar.

Sehwag is the first player to score a triple century from Team India. Apart from Sehwag, only Karun Nair has scored a triple century in Tests for India.

Apart from this, Sehwag has also recorded a strange record while playing for Team India. In fact, Sehwag is also the only batsman in the world who has been dismissed between 90 and 99, 190 to 199 and 290 to 299 in Test cricket.
