ICC T20I Rankings: Kohli up at Rank 5, Rahul slips to Rank 4

In the latest development of the ICC T20I Rankings, Virat Kohli has moved to Rank 5 while the opener KL Rahul suffered a big blow as he is dropped to Number 4.

Kohli played two fifty-plus knocks after going for zero in the first T20I against England. India lost the third game with their poor show with the bat. Only Captain Kohli showed was there with his bat and took the Indian team to a respectable score.

Meanwhile, KL Rahul has also slipped down to Rank 4 from Rank 2. As of now, the rankings are led by England batsman Dawid Malan, who has 894 rating points, while Australia’s limited-overs captain Aaron Finch is second with 830 points. Pakistan’s Babar Azam and India’s KL Rahul are third and fourth respectively with 801 and 771 points.

Now, there are also speculations on KL Rahul’s position in the playing 11 as he has gone for two ducks in three games so far in the series.
