ICC Women’s T20 World Cup: The eighth edition of the ICC Women’s T20 World Cup will take place in South Africa from February 2023. ICC announced the schedule for the tournament on Monday. The event starts with host South Africa facing Sri Lanka in Group 1 at the Paarl. Cape Town and Gqerberha are the other two cities of South Africa that will host the matches of the mega event. Defending champion Australia has been a member of Group 1 and will start its campaign against New Zealend on February 11.

The tournament will also offer an India vs Pakistan ecounter in Group 2 on 12 February. The top two teams from both groups will make it to the semifinals that will be played on February 223 and 24 in Cape Town. The final of the tournament will be played on February 27 at the same venue.
