IND vs AUS Squad Announced: In a surprising turn of events, KL Rahul will be leading the Indian squad against the Kangaroos in the first two ODIs. The 3-match bilateral series against Australia will be right before the ICC ODI World Cup.
It was supposed to be the real test of this Indian squad ahead of the tournament. Everyone predicted that the squad would be the same except Axar Patel as he was suffering from an injury.
But in a shocking news, the first two matches of the series will include a young squad that will be led by KL Rahul. The main players will be rested before getting their opportunity in the final ODI match.

The first two ODI will see a young squad with KL Rahul and Ravindra Jadeja being in charge of the team. Ruturaj Gaikwad will also be there in the team meanwhile Washington Sundar will replace Axar Patel.
Ravichandran Ashwin will get a chance after a long time and might be even considered for the World Cup. Kuldeep Yadav is also being rested as Captain Rohit Sharma says He doesn’t want to expose Kuldeep much. For a Game time, He says “We will have 1 game and 2 games as a warm-up to get back in rhythm.”

Worries Over Axar Patel
Ajit Agarkar confirms there are very high chances that Axar Patel will be fully fit but If he doesn’t recover then we will have the option between Ashwin and Washington Sundar to choose between that’s why we are giving them some game time. Ashwin brings up a lot of experience in the squad.
