IND vs AUS: The second One Day International between India and Australia is being played at Dr Y.S. Rajashekhara Reddy ACA-VDCA Cricket Stadium, Vishakhapatnam. Australia won the toss and decided to bowl first, which was a dream come true decision for the Aussies since the Indian team got all out at 117 in just 26 overs. But even this innings of 117 had its special moments. It was the final over of the Indian innings when Axar Patel smashed two sixes off two consecutive balls to Mitchell Starc, the bowler who took a fifer in the innings.

Axar smashed Starc for back-to-back sixes

Mitchell Starc’s fiery spell remained active till the final over. Although he bowled a wide delivery on the first ball of the final over with Axar on strike. Axar Patel faced the second delivery bowled by Starc (counted as the first) of the 26th over and hammered it for six over long-on.

The second ball of the over was also flicked away for six by Axar Patel which pushed the Aussies on backfoot for a while. The video clips of these back-to-back sixes are going viral on social media. Netizens are loving the way Axar sent those deliveries out of the fence. India currently has a lead of 1 – 0 in the series.
