IND vs AUS: There have been some remarkable shots hit in the ongoing fourth and final test match between India and Australia. Shubman Gill first notched up a century (128 runs) while Virat has now taken charge to reduce the lead. In doing so, he also smashed several remarkable shots, a few of them which came against Mitchell Starc.
Virat Kohli’s set leaves crowd stunned
After setting himself up at the crease, Virat Kohli began to open up his arms, displaying his impressive stroke-play. The Indian captain took on Mitchell Starc, hitting two beautiful boundaries in consecutive deliveries. The first was an exquisite straight drive, followed by a perfectly executed shot behind using his wrists. The crowd was electrified by Kohli’s display of skill.
Kohli is currently batting at the score of 59* off 128 balls and fans are expecting a century from him. This is also his first fifty in the test format since January 2022, which came against South Africa. Fans were quiet energised to see the battle between Virat Kohli and Mitchell Starc.
India inching closer to the lead
Men in Blue have scored 289/3 in 99 overs. However, they are still reeling behind by 191 runs. Three days have been completed and two days are still not left, however, a draw is looking more evident than ever. Earlier, Kangaroos were bowled out for 480 runs as Ashwin picked a six wicket haul.
