IND vs BAN: King Kohli’s death stare to WK Rishabh Pant after he DENIES single breaks the internet, watch here

IND vs BAN

IND vs BAN: Virat Kohli, the standout batsman for Team India, was obviously upset with Rishabh Pant on Day 2 of the 2nd Test match between India and Bangladesh on Friday when Pant refused to allow Kohli to single off the final delivery before the break. When Pant didn’t react to Kohli’s slight push towards the on-side of Mehidy Hasan Miraz’s delivery, Kohli was forced to dive back to his crease.

When Pant didn’t run for a single on the delivery, Kohli gave him a death stare to show his dissatisfaction. But as the umpires signalled for lunch, the two hitters gave each other a fist-pump and departed for the changing rooms.

Virat Kohli was however later dismissed on just 24 runs off 73 balls when he was caught out by Nurul Hasan. He was looking in good touch today but couldn’t create much of the impact due to his early dismissal.

India’s shaky start in the first innings

India had a strong day with the ball on Day 1 as Ravichandran Ashwin and Umesh Yadav each finished with four wickets, and Jaydev Unadkat, who returned to the Indian Test XI after a 12-year absence, also picked up two significant wickets to wipe Bangladesh out for 227. Kuldeep Yadav, a spinner who had eight wickets, including a five-wicket haul in the series opener in Chattogram, was not included in the starting XI for the second Test, and the team management received harsh criticism for this decision.
