He took 2 wickets against Afghanistan with an economy of just 8 runs per over. His spell was essential for India to break Afghanistan’s middle order and he was once again on fire against Bangladesh.
Indian bowler was struggling to find wickets against Bangladesh. That is when skipper Rohit Sharma introduced Kuldeep Yadav who took a wicket instantly and showed his aggressive celebration to give it back to Bangladesh players.

In the first inning, Bangladesh’s young bowler Tanzim Hasan Sakib was a tad bit aggressive while fielding and bowling. Considering that it was his first World Cup, it was understandable.
He took down Virat Kohli in the first inning and then celebrated aggressively. He was once again in the limelight when he took the catch of Rishabh Pant. The Indian fans were quite offended by it.
But Kuldeep Yadav settled the accounts in the second innings when he came and sent Tanzid Hasan back to the pavilion. A silent and aggressive celebration on Tanzid’s face was the perfect reply by the left-arm spinner.

The Men In Blues secured a 50-run victory against Bangladesh. And with this victory, they have secured their place in the semi-finals. Their next match against Australia will be the top-spot decider.
