IND vs BAN: The second and final Test of the two-match series between India and Bangladesh is set to start in less than 24 hours. The final game of the India Bangladesh Tour 2022 has been set, and it will be amazing to see how both the team fair in the clash.
India defeated Bangladesh in the first test by a margin of 188 runs. India has to continue winning tests in order to proceed to the WTC finals, therefore they shouldn’t let their standards go after winning the first test. They showed competence with the bat and the ball in the first test. Their selection of Kuldeep Yadav over Washington Sundar paid off despite the wicket’s sluggish turn.
What will be the weather conditions of second IND vs BAN test?
If we talk about the weather, the first Test Match had good conditions for playing. It will always be a different surface because the Test Match will be played at Sher-e-Bangla Stadium in Mirpur. Check out the weather report and pitch report for the second test between India and Bangladesh.
The weather is suitable for a cricket match from December 22 (Thursday) through December 26 (Monday), according to weather.com. Dhaka (Mirpur city), the capital of Bangladesh, will see daytime highs of 27°C and nighttime lows of 17°C on the first day. Throughout the test match, this temperature will be nearly constant. The sky will be clear the whole match, with the possible exception of a few clouds on Day 1.
How will be the pitch between second IND vs BAN test?
The pitch will again favour spinners early on, similar to the two ODIs played at the Shere Bangla National Stadium a few weeks back. They’ll be able to grip, turn, and bounce throughout the second Test, and beginning on the third day, the pitch should only become better for them.
At comparison to Chattogram, the Sher-e-Bangla Stadium pitch in Mirpur is less hospitable for hitters. Having said that, the batsmen could enjoy themselves after spending some time at the crease, recognising the spin, and getting their eyes in, particularly if the surface stays level.
In the four innings of the previous Test match played here (in May 2022) the batsmen from Bangladesh and Sri Lanka combined for four hundreds and five half-centuries. Depending on how each team’s spinners bowled during the Test, the outcome of the game may be decided.
