Disney+ Hotstar, the live streaming partner for the Asia Cup, witnessed a staggering 2.8 Crores concurrent users, marking the highest ever for any match.

Even though the India vs. Pakistan match took place on a reserve day, which happened to be a Monday, the enthusiasm of cricket fans remained undiminished. Thanks to the electrifying performance of Virat Kohli and KL Rahul, fans flocked to Disney+ Hotstar in massive numbers to witness the thrilling spectacle.
Taking to X (Formerly Twitter), Jay Shah wrote, “Today’s #INDvsPAK has clocked 2.8 Crore concurrent users on @DisneyPlusHS the highest for any India match in the history of digital. The previous best was #INDvsNZ 2019 @cricketworldcup semifinal with 2.52 Crore concurrent users #AsiaCup @StarSportsIndia.”
India’s dominating victory over Pakistan
Coming to the India vs. Pakistan match, Pakistan faced a resounding defeat, losing by a margin of 228 runs to Rohit Sharma and his team. Right from the beginning, India asserted dominance with both their batting and bowling performances. At the crease, KL Rahul and Virat Kohli delivered remarkable centuries, while on the bowling front, Kuldeep Yadav claimed five crucial wickets. This emphatic victory propelled India to the top position in the Super 4 Points Table.
